The Osteopath kindly discovered that the muscle running down on one side of my left shin is intensely, burning knife sort of sore. I went to get a pain in my foot seen to and ended up with her massaging my shin and me just about jumping off the bed in pain. Still, I am a step away from fixing up the foot pain so I can't whinge too loudly but you bet your sweeties I'll be stretching better from now on.

I love Thursday night TV: Collectors, Home & Away, Big Brother then a break until Lost and The Amazing Race. I know, I am a dork. I feel ready for bed already. Maybe that is because I am drinking scotch and coke.
